    $200

    I work one-on-one with you to address your pelvic floor concerns. A treatment plan unique to your specific needs will be developed and will often include manual therapy and movement based interventions. Let’s get started!

  • 60 Minute Follow-up

    $160

    In our follow-up sessions, I will assess your progress, adjust your personalized treatment plan, and guide you through targeted exercises or techniques to improve pelvic health. This private, one-on-one appointment focuses on your goals, addressing issues like pain or incontinence. Book your session to keep moving forward!

  • Pessary Fitting

    $125

    Exclusively for established clients, pessary fitting service offers personalized care for pelvic support. A pessary helps with conditions like pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence. In a private consultation, I will assess your needs, selects the right pessary, and ensure a comfortable fit. I provide clear instructions on use and care.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, no.  This allows me to delivery you high quality, one-on-one care for the entirety of your path to wellness. Ultimately this means quicker recovery with fewer visits, while getting the personalized care and attention you deserve.

Many insurances have the option of submitting a claim for reimbursement following treatment.  If you choose to do this, I am happy to provide you with a detailed invoice of your services.

Pending your out of network benefits, you may qualify for reimbursement from your insurance.
